Fish-eaters For Healthy Oceans

Dan made a now-traditional Saffron-Leek Fish-Melange Soup for Christmas Eve. Wow, is it good! It's from Sally Schneider's New Way to Cook. I hope (and think) we used sustainable fish. oh, that sounds tasty! My new year's resolution is to be a little greener this year, and fish falls in that category! Count me in!
