First Hike and First (photographed) Gleeful Countenance

ahh, our first hike with Orion, where we heard birds, babbling brooks, UFO frogs, and met friendly dogs and another 9-week-old baby with a full head of red hair. This was about a month ago, at the first signs of spring, in Guilford.

For one of those "inspirational" posters: Lo, even the seedling can conquer boulders, if it puts its little green mind to it. Here's little O blowing bubbles, looking jaunty, showing off dimples
And yes, I finally (April 7) caught Orion's wide, infectious, open-mouthed, joyous, the-world-is-great! smile on camera. Enjoy!
